These Terms govern your use of renotreepro.com, operated by AuthenitcBrand, LLC. By using this site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. This document has not yet been reviewed by an attorney and is flagged for review within 30 days of the site going live.

1. What This Service Is (and Isn't)

Reno Tree Pro matches homeowners with insured, independent local tree service professionals. We are a referral service and do not perform tree trimming, removal, or stump grinding ourselves. We do not perform tree work, employ tree crews, or own tree-care equipment. Every job is performed by an independent local tree professional who operates their own business. Nothing on this site is an offer by Reno Tree Pro to perform tree trimming, removal, stump grinding, or any related work.

2. How Matching Works

When you submit a request, we route it to an independent local tree professional who covers your area. That professional contacts you directly to inspect the job (where applicable) and provide a price. Any agreement for tree work — price, scope, timeline, and warranty — is strictly between you and that professional. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any work performed.

3. Cost Information

Cost figures on this site are national benchmark data from named, dated third-party sources, provided for general planning purposes only. They are not a quote, an estimate specific to your property, or a price Reno Tree Pro or any matched professional is bound to honor. Your matched professional determines the actual price after seeing the job.

4. No Licensing Representation

We don't verify or represent that any matched professional holds a specific state contractor license — Nevada does not have a contractor-license classification specific to tree removal, trimming, or arborist work. We verify that a matched professional carries active general liability insurance before making a match. You're always free to independently confirm any credential a professional claims to hold before hiring them; see our guide to hiring a tree service.

5. SMS Program Terms

Program description: if you opt in, Reno Tree Pro and/or your matched tree professional may text you about your request.
Consent is optional and is never required to submit a request or receive a match.
Frequency: message frequency may vary.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; reply HELP for help.
Carrier liability: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age restriction: the SMS program is available only to users 18 years of age or older.

As our internal standard (not a claim about current federal law), when you submit a request you consent to be contacted by Reno Tree Pro and by the specific named independent provider(s) we match you with, by phone, text, or email, about your request — even if your number is on a do-not-call list. This consent isn't a condition of using the site generally. If a later request is matched to a provider not named at the time you submitted it, we obtain fresh, provider-specific consent before that provider sends you any automated marketing message.

7. Call Recording

Calls to our tracked number may be recorded, consistent with Nevada's all-party consent requirement (NRS 200.620). See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

This site and our matching service are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that a matched professional will be available, that any job will be completed to your satisfaction, or that cost figures will match your actual price. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuthenitcBrand, LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or our matching service is limited to $100.

9. Independent Contractors

Matched tree professionals are independent businesses, not employees, agents, or franchisees of AuthenitcBrand, LLC. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, workmanship, property damage, or personal injury arising from work they perform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this site will be venued in Washoe County, Nevada.
