Privacy Policy

Reno Tree Pro matches homeowners with insured, independent local tree service professionals. We are a referral service and do not perform tree trimming, removal, or stump grinding ourselves. This policy explains what information AuthenitcBrand, LLC ("Reno Tree Pro," "we," "us") collects through renotreepro.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. This policy has not yet been reviewed by an attorney and is flagged for review within 30 days of the site going live.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide: name, phone number, location (city or zip), and job details when you submit our contact form or call our tracked number.
Call data: once our tracked phone number is live, we collect the number you called from, call duration, and — subject to the recording notice in Section 3 — a recording of the call.
Usage data: standard analytics data (pages viewed, general location by IP, device/browser type) collected automatically through Google Analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to match your request with an insured, independent local tree professional who covers your area, to contact you about that match, and to improve this site. We do not use your information to make hiring, credit, insurance, or employment decisions about you.

3. Call Recording

Nevada is an all-party consent state for recording telephone calls (NRS 200.620; Lane v. Allstate Ins. Co.). If call recording is enabled on our tracked line, an audible notice plays at the start of the call stating that it may be recorded. Continuing the call after that notice constitutes your consent. If you don't want your call recorded, you may hang up and reach us through the contact form instead. Recordings, where made, are retained for no longer than 12 months and used only for quality, training, and dispute-resolution purposes.

We share your contact information and job details only with the specific independent tree professional we match you with, so they can contact you to quote and, if you choose, perform the work. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes. If a request is later matched to a different provider than the one originally contacted, we obtain fresh consent before that new provider sends you any automated marketing message.

5. SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in on our contact form, Reno Tree Pro (and the specific local tree professional you're matched with) may text you about your request. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting in to SMS is never required to submit your request or receive a match. Your phone number and other SMS opt-in data are shared only with the specific independent provider needed to fulfill your request, and are never sold or shared with anyone else for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies & Tracking

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) cookies to understand how visitors use the site. We do not use advertising/retargeting pixels. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some site functionality but won't prevent you from submitting a request.

7. Data Retention & Security

We retain contact-form submissions and call records for as long as needed to fulfill your request and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by using the contact information in Section 12. We do not sell personal information collected through this site. Nevada law (NRS Chapter 603A) requires certain website operators to let consumers submit a request opting out of the sale of covered information — because we don't sell data as a matter of policy, there's nothing to opt out of, but you're welcome to contact us with any question about this.

9. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Our SMS program is limited to users 18 and older (see our Terms).

10. Third-Party Sites

This site may link to third-party resources (for example, cost-data sources we cite). We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of sites we don't operate.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
